- First-Degree Sale of Methamphetamine: Selling 17 grams or more within a 90-day period.
Dismissed - First-Degree Possession of Methamphetamine: Possessing 50 grams or more.
Dismissed - Second-Degree Sale of a Narcotic: Selling 10 grams or more of a narcotic other than heroin within a 90-day period.
Dismissed - Third-Degree Possession of Methamphetamine: Possessing methamphetamine in a school, park, or public housing zone.
